He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Federal University of Pará (1974), a master’s degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (1979) and a PhD in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (1991). He is currently associate professor iv at the Technological Institute of Aeronautics. He has experience in the areas of Electrical and Mechatronic Engineering, with an emphasis on Systems and Control, working mainly on the following topics: robust control; algorithmic design of controllers; modeling, simulation and control of mechatronic systems; robotics; aircraft control and flight commands.
