Graduate at CFOAV from Academia da Força Aérea (1991), master’s and Ph.D. in Electric Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica- ITA. Is structuring the ITA?s Logistics Engineering Lab. Has experience in Command and Control, acting on the following subjects: simulation, command and control, joint operations, high-level data fusion, probabilistic ontologies, and High-Level Architecture (HLA). Current research: E-Maintenance, IVHM, PHM, and VR/AR/MR to support operations and maintenance of complex systems.
