He has a degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (1997), a master’s degree in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering, Production area, from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (2000) and a PhD in Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering, Production area, from the Technological Institute of Aeronautics (2006). He was a visiting professor at the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom between August 2012 and July 2013. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Aeronautical Technological Institute in the Management and Decision Support department. He has experience in the area of Business Analytics, working mainly in extracting knowledge from databases, creating forecasting models and optimizing for the areas of Marketing, Operations and Finance.
