Selective Process

Check out the information about the Selection Process for the Professional Master’s Program in Aeronautical Engineering (MP-AER).

How it works

Professionals graduated in engineering between 2022 and 2024 in the aeronautical or aerospace, environmental, civil automobile, computing, control and automation, electrical, electronics, energy, physics, manufacturing, maintenance, materials, mechanics, mechatronics, metallurgy, mines, naval, nuclear, petroleum, production, chemistry, robotics, systems, software and telecommunications, and transport; with an advanced level of English can apply for MP-AER.

In 2023, the entire Selection Process will be carried out remotely, and to participate in the stages, you will need a computer or laptop with a camera, microphone, and good internet connection.

At this stage, you must: complete the vacancy registration at Gupy, answer the mandatory questions and take the English test provided by the platform. All these steps must be completed by the registration deadline.

The call for the technical test will be made via the Gupy platform and/or email.

This stage aims to understand the candidates’ abilities to: solve conceptually interdisciplinary problems; quickly structure solutions based on fundamental engineering and logic knowledge. Subjects related to the subjects of the basic cycle of engineering courses are covered. The questions are multiple choice and the use of calculators or reference materials is not permitted.

The call for group dynamics and interviews will be made via the Gupy platform and/or email.

Candidates invited to this phase will be analyzed regarding their academic experience and the adherence of their behavioral aspects to the profile of the company and the program.
The results will be published via Gupy and/or via email: selecao.pee@embraer.com.br

The registration process and submission of documents will take place between December 2024 and January 2025 and the program will begin in mid-February 2025.

Expected participant's commitment

Participants must commit to working Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m (Full time) at Embraer facilities in São José dos Campos, the Eugênio de Melo district (inland São Paulo State), and remotely eventually.

 

It is essential to devote additional time to studies and personal development beyond the schedule outlined above.
